There are different laws and traditions in every state in the world. It’s recommended for you to get acknowledged in advance with the formalities and customs of the country, in which you will relocate. This will help you to avoid some eventual problems or difficult situations in the process of your removing. The embassy of the country- destination can give you the whole information you need.

Forbidden objects

It is strictly recommended in many cases what can you legally remove through the different state borders. Guns, spirit drinks, some special substances and even some kind of books and movies are absolutely forbidden for importing in some countries. Your moving agent will tell you the terms and conditions before the start of the moving.

Sometimes it is possible some of your electrical household goods to have some problems in your new home, or to need some adapter. If the problem exists, consult with your moving agent.

Storage

If this is necessary, we can store some of your household goods, which will be not relocated in the new country. Alternatively, you can try to sell some of the goods, which will be not useful in your new home or office. Some extra money will be always useful.

Passports and visas

It is recommended for you to get a contact with the embassy of the country in which you will relocate, and to get all the needful documents and permissions. In the embassy you can get information about eventual requirement of visa, and about the way you can take it. It is frequently required in some countries to have permission for work. If it is possible, take this permission before arriving in the country.

Personal documents, valuables

It's recommended for you and your family to have full medical and dental examination before your arriving, so your medical dossiers will be actual. Collect all your personal dossiers and documents- recipes, patient’s files, vaccination files, graduation certificates, certificates for birth and marriage, documents for your personal vehicle. Hold all these documents and take care of them personally. You must take care personally for your documents too.

Vaccination

You may need a concrete vaccination before your traveling for some country. Some vaccinations also can be needful for your children, if it is required in some schools or colleges. You can ask about these requirements in the embassy of the country, in which you’ll relocate.

Air luggage

Select the objects, which must be transported by plain. These objects should be extremely needful goods, which must arrive to your new home before the rest of your luggage. It is good for you to list the objects, which will be moved by yourself, like jewellery, passports, visas, recipes and so on.

Your traveling

Plan your traveling and by your tickets in time. You must find out all possible variations for traveling to your destination.

Apprise of the address change

You should inform all persons and institutions, in your choice, for your new address.

Relations with your suppliers

Don’t forget to get in contact with your suppliers- phone company, cable TV, water-supply company, electric and gas power companies, and other institutions, which have to end some contracts and deliveries with you.
