Abandoned stuff

March 28th, 2012

Like all companies who offer storage of personal items, our company Moving.BG has problems with abandoned property on storage. Because of the crisis many people and companies went into failure and impossibility to pay for the storage of their items, and they were forced to abandon their belongings.

The big companies give some terms to their clients, after what the goods are wasted or sold out. As our company is small, we are more tolerant and flexible and search different opportunities to negotiate with the client – partial payment, rescheduling, etc. But there comes one moment, when some of the clients just stop to answer to our e- mails and phone calls, and the situation is clear.

So, here comes the moment to decide what to do with the abandoned belongings. In our storage they are not so many and so far we find a way to sort then out – by selling, making gifts for friends, employees and partners or keeping for ourselves. But i wonder, if we have more and more abandoned things, what we’ll do. Maybe the big companies with big depots and a lot of abandoned stuff can advice.

Removals to Scandinavia

February 17th, 2012

The four biggest countries in the Scandinavian peninsula: Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, are maybe the best places for living in Europe. Because of the very high standart many Bulgarians decide to relocate and work in these countries.

These countries are open for work only for well – educated and experienced specialists: medics, engineers, IT specialists. Usually the employers pay the removal of their employees, so in this case they choose offers from different moving companies and choose the best one. Our company Moving.BG, along with the good experience with the international removals between Bulgaria and Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland and the good quality of work, usually offers the lowest price too. Because of this we perform more and more company paid removals between Bulgaria and Scandinavia.

When cheap means expensive

December 7th, 2011

The removal service like almost everything else in our time costs money. And like in almost every other case when you choose the cheapest moving service, in the end you unerstand that you’ve lost more.

When a removal service is much cheaper than the other, there is a reason for this. On first place this means low paid employees, which means not so responsible attention to the work and to your goods and even possibility for stealing. After that this means old vehicles and equipment in bad condition, which is dangerous for your belongings too. The biggest trap in the very low rates is the incorrect attention: most times the movers will racket you for more and more money for some ridiculous reasons.

The best choice is to find the good quality on reasonable rates, which our company Moving.BG suggests. The quality service always costs money, but you do not have to pay too much or to risk your goods, your home and your nerves. This is why the choice of our removal services is a rational act.

The good packing – necessary or not ?

November 4th, 2011

An important part of every moving is the packing. It is also a sensitive part of it’s cost. So when you decide how much should you care abot the packing, your decision must be led by several factors.

The first factor is what is the condition of your goods. If they are already not so new, scratched a little bit and not so fragile, you may decide to save from good packing or not to pack at all, and this most – likely will be the right decision. But if your goods are new and fragile, you must invest in their security.

The second factor is for what kind of removal you have to prepare: local, international, on long or short destination. If your goods will be reloaded many times from trucks to ships or planes and will be handled by many people (with different attention) they must be prepared very well. But if they will be loaded in and unloaded out only from one vehicle, so the packege is not so important.

The first factor, of course, is how much you are ready to pay for packing. If you choose the services of Moving.BG you’ll receive quality packing materials, professional packing service and reasonable rates.
